Would not give me a mailing address to return the product. Buy one and get one free ended us an exorbitant cost. The product was delivered but had no way to return it. poor business pratices. t f

I ordered on my phone the incense fountain and cones. They offered to buy one and get one free, without showing the total. After I gave them the credit card number bam, the deal was over and I never validated the sale total. They were gone without an order number or anything. They charged me $67.00+ for the buy one and get one free for 300 cones. the three items showed up on my credit card. When the card company called them they offered me $100 of products. No way would I want a $100 incense burner. They said when I got the product to call them. When i did all i got was music and then they hung up.

I have made several purchases with this company over the past several years without incident. I placed an order a month ago and they took my money and I never received the product. I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order and I have not received any messages whatsoever from this company! I will never buy another item from this company again!

Yes I finally received an email from a member of her family, no need to be sarcastic thank you. How else would I have known she died since she is on the West Coast and I live on the East Coast.

Great Quality and Best Price

I have ordered from this business for many years. I just saw the post where the Owner past away in January. My condolences to the Family.... This was my go to for incense. Sorry for your loss....

Owner passed I didn’t receive anything

I placed an order on January 30th and did not receive or hear anything until this morning , I emailed them last week regarding my order from last month, they informed me that the owner/sole employee became ill and passed away in January with no will , so they cant do anything regarding the website or open orders and suggested i dispute paypal or my credit card for my charge .

Incense On The Way - My first order
This was my first time ordering from this company. The reason why I placed my order is because the store where I had originally purchased some incense, didn't have the same ones anymore and I really loved the Hem Buddha fragrance. Due to the wildfires at this current time, I expected a longer delay, but they came quicker than what I anticipated. I am loving some of the new fragrances and will order from them again in the future. I placed my order on 9/24 and it arrived 10/5. For all the fires burning along the west coast, that was pretty fast.

Unhappy customer

I tried placing an online without success. I tried calling customer service to place the order but no luck. The online order was declined. Customer Service was an automated voice that was of no use. I have been a customer with this company for many years. Today was the last time.!!!

I have also been a customer for many years with these people, I placed an order on January 3 of this year, they took my money and I never received my product. Called customer service and got an automated voicemail.

I have sent several emails to this company and have gotten zero responses. I am also done with them!

I live in a small town and purchasing incense requires a trip to the city, which does not happen often, so I have ordered my incense from Incense On The Way for several years now. Different brands smell slightly different even for the same "scent" and you must expect that to occur, also sometimes formulas change on a product you have liked. Always read the shipping and return information before placing an online order with anyone, that is only common sense. I repeat, I have never had a problem with her and I order various scents in bulk because I use incense all the time. My favorite is the HEM brand, have used it since the 1970's, but I occasionally try other brands.

Incense on my way, very unfriendly customer service

My first time placing an order with Incense on my way, I didn't like one of the products and called to request as exchange, not only was the person i spoke with very unwilling for me to exchange the product for another, she was more concerned about how small her company is and how i should have read the terms and shipping policy before i placed my order. In short, refunds and exchanges are NOT welcomed. I will NEVER order from this company again! Do not order from incense on my way, VERY unfriendly service! if you don't like your order, you are stuck with it!

If it were my company I would have allowed you to send it back if the package was unopened and you paid the return postage, but only if you were polite about it. If you were rude I would have referred you to our shipping/returns policy. Pity there are so many demanding, rude and entitled customers out there.

Do any incense companies allow you to make returns and exchanges? I wouldn't even have expected for them to do that.

Yes, it would have been nice, but I would consider it going above and beyond.

It's your own fault you didn't read the short little terms page and it's ALSO your own fault that you didn't pick what you wanted! Don't blame other people for your own faults! It barely took me a minute to read that terms page by the way.

Just because they don't do refunds or exchanges, you won't order from them and in fact, choose to spread an extremely negative and ignorant opinion? Shame on you.
